Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Mobility Equipment Services Inc. does not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Warranty coverage, where applicable, is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Used equipment may occasionally be sold with a limited in-house warranty provided by Mobility Equipment Services Inc. Any in-house warranty is offered at the discretion of Mobility Equipment Services Inc. and may vary depending on the specific item, its age, condition and the circumstances of the sale.

Not all used equipment includes an in-house warranty. Where warranty coverage is provided, the applicable duration, coverage, exclusions and conditions will be confirmed at the time of sale and documented where appropriate.

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods and terms are communicated at the time of purchase. Customers should review these details carefully on the applicable invoice or order documentation before completing their purchase.
